  1. Q: What does this prices in the website include?
    A: The price indicated are all base on a guaranteed COE pricing and with all the  accssories that are stated down in each vehicle colume.

  2. Q: What is the difference between guaranteed and non-guaranteed COE? Which is recommended?
    A: A guaranteed COE  is base on a no top no refund basics which mean that the pricing that you had purchase for the vehicle on the day will not be change or require you to top up anything even if the COE that was bided for you had increase to the extend of additional $5000, but whereas for non-guaranteed COE you would need to pay the different if the COE is higher then the COE pricing on the day of your purchase. Therefore a guaranteed COE purchase would be much more recommended than the non-guaranteed COE purchase. 

  3. Q: Can I do my insurance at Carmax?
    A: Yes our company do provide motor insurance to customer with a wide range of insurance company therefore we belive that no matter what our customers requirement are there will be one motor insurance that would best fit into their requirements. 


  4. Q: Do Carmax provide any warranty or service plan?
    A: Every customer who purchase a brand new vehicle from our company are entitled with 1st Three servicing FREE which include changing of engine oil, oil filter and muti-point checking with the mileage of 1st 1,000 Km, 5,000 Km and 10,000 Km with a warranty of 3 years or 60,000 mileage whichever come 1st. On top of that customer are also entitled labour charge fee wavie for up to 5 years by Comfort Delgro Engineering with up to 6 location whichever is to customer's convinece.
